The Astral Campgrounds is administrated by staff members called Camp Counselors, aided by a group of volunteer moderators called the Firewatch.
Camp Counselors
Counselors are the administrators of the Campgrounds spaces and are in charge of managing services, ensuring community rules are fairly enforced, and taking action on user accounts.
Currently, there are five members of the staff:

- Lucey (@thatsash)
- Sylvie (@sylvieseer)
- Whispers (@wearewhispers)
Staff Stewardship
Some members of the Campgrounds staff focus on stewarding specific parts of the community.

Firewatch
Members of the Firewatch are volunteer guides and community moderators. They work with Camp Counselors to keep things smooth and safe. They also help newer members find their footing and ensure the vibes stay more good than rancid.

The Astral Campgrounds is operated by Rustic Arcade, LLC, of which the sole employee is Endeavorance as of January, 2026.
